This very nice lacquered box "Ballerina" was hand made and hand painted in the village of Fedoskino. When looking at the box we see a young beautiful ballet dancer in the center of composition. The box has very warm colors and is painted on mother of pearl. The size of this lacquer box is 2.75" x 3.5" x 1". The box is signed in the lower right corner of the lid by artist Smirnova.
