This beautiful Russian lacquer brooch is made in village of Palekh. It is based on Russian fairy tale "Tsar Saltan". The brooch is hand painted by very famous artist Yulia Konovalova in a year 2000 with amazing detail. It is decorated with very fine ornaments painted with gold leaf and signed by the artist. The dimensions of the brooch are 2.75" x 2.75" It is a wearable piece of art and will make a nice present or addition to one's collection.
