Unique Russian nesting doll "Friends by Olga Tumanskaya" is trully fine work of art. This exquisite matryoshka is handpainted by the famous and amazingly talented artist Olga Tumanskaya from Khot'kovo village. The doll depicts scenes from rural life of small town in central Russia. Each doll depicts children playing outdoors and is painted with very fine detail and covered with layers of shiny lacquer. This Russian beauty is definitely a must for a collector.
The doll is 9.5 inches tall(24.13 cm).
The artwork is signed by the artist on the bottom of the largest doll and dated 1992.
