This beautiful Russian Lacquered Box is titled "The Couple". It was painted by the Russian artist Toricheva from the village of Fedoskino, Russia. This is a vintage lacquered box and is estimated to be somewhere between 25 and 30 years old. The lacquered box depicts a traditional Russian couple probably after they got married. The box is painted with beautiful gold leaf and is a very nice piece. The size of this Russian lacquered box is 3" x 4.25" x 1".
