This vintage Russian Matryoshka nesting doll was hand painted and hand made in Russia. The size of this nesting doll is 12" in height and 6" in diameter and the doll has a total of fifteen nests. It's hard to find vintage dolls like these with this many pieces. This doll is based on the fairy tale of Swan and Geese. It was painted by the Russian artist Romanov in 1997.
