This very unique Russian Wooden Santa was hand painted and carved by the Russian artist Orlova from the village of Sergiev Posad. The size of this Russian Santa is 9.5" x 3" x 2.5" for the Santa and 6" x 2" x 2" for the bear. The Santa is carved out of solid oak wood and is then painted, lacquered, and polished and signed on the bottom. This Santa is very unique because the Santa paired with an accompanying bear so it's like getting two carvings for the price of one! This Santa is titled" Santa's Helpers". This is very unusual because most carvings typically depict a normal standing Santa. This is a very collectible piece and would make a great present or addition to one's collection.
