This very beautiful Russian Matryoshka nesting doll was hand painted and hand made. The doll was made in Sergiev Posad by the Russian artist Rossia. The size of this nesting doll is 12" in height and 4.5" in diameter and the doll has a total of ten nests. The title of this nesting doll is "The Golden Cockarel" and is based on a fairy tale. The nesting doll was painted in 2000.
