This beautiful Russian Matryoshka doll was hand painted and hand made in the village of Sergiev Posad, Russia. The nesting doll was painted by a Russian artist. The artist uses a large amount of 24k gold leaf to add a beautiful shine to this unique doll. This doll is titled Girl in Red and depicts a girl in a traditional Russian red costume. This nesting doll has a total of ten nests and the last few nests get very small.The Matryoshka doll stands six inches tall. This doll would make a great addition to any collection.
