This gorgeous Russian lacquered box was painted by the famous Russian artist Galiamina from the village of Fedoskino, Russia. Galiamina is very well known for painting cats and flowers. This beautiful box depicts a magnificent cat laying down near some sunflowers with a few little birds chirping near the cat. The artist uses very fine brushes to accomplish great amounts of detail and incorporates 24k gold leaf to add a beautiful affect to this box. The size of this Russian lacquer box is 3" x 2.5" x 2" and the box is painted all around.
