This beautiful Baltic Amber pendant is set in 925 sterling silver. The Amber pendant has a very unique butterscotch color with unusual inclusions (small trapped flattened air bubbles). Butterscotch is considered one of the rarest colors of Amber and is actually quite difficult to find. A piece of Amber this large is a museum quality piece and even though the piece is large, Amber doesn't weigh much compared to other semi-precious stones. The color of Amber depends on the age of the Amber and where the Amber piece was discovered.
